The Kwinana strip is heavy industry, and heavy industry controls its own gate: inductions, permits, PPE and ticket requirements, escorted movement in places, and work windows the site sets rather than the contractor. So it is worth saying in the enquiry if the steel is going up near the water, and worth saying whether it is exposed, sheltered or inside. Then the protective treatment gets quoted deliberately, with a description of works written down, rather than assumed from the drawing.
