Industrial steel gets treated differently to a beam in a house. It is climbed on, loaded, knocked by a forklift and washed down, and it has to be safe to stand on the day it goes in and years later. So it gets designed around access and maintenance, not just the load.

The fabrication is the easy half. The hard half is getting it installed without stopping the line, blocking the only forklift route, or setting off a smoke detector in a bonded store. That gets planned before anything is cut.

Existing plant is never quite where the drawing says. We measure what is actually there before fabricating anything that has to bolt to it.

Cut, drilled, welded and fitted up in the workshop, so what arrives on your floor is parts that bolt together rather than a fabrication job in your aisle.

Galvanising, paint or bare steel depending on whether it is outside, in a wash-down area, or in a dry warehouse. Tell us which and we will quote it.

5. Install in your window
Nights, weekends or a planned shutdown if that is what it takes. See mining and shutdown work if the window is a hard one.

6. Hand it over properly
We walk the job with you before we leave, and provide welding and material documentation on request.

Can you install without stopping production?
That is what the planning is for. How the steel gets installed without stopping the line, blocking the forklift route or setting off a detector is worked out before anything is cut, and the install can run at night, on a weekend or inside a planned shutdown.
